San Jose based artist, Someya just released her latest track “You Saved Me.” The alt-pop artist not really shows off herv vocals, but her ability to write. “You Saved Me” is not a ballad, but more of an exaltation—a hymn even. The song starts off “Eventually they’ll learn the truth,” which sounds as if it’s about to a diss track to a former lover. Quite the opposite however. Someya’s voice borders on creepy – yet beautiful – as she proclaims, “When the night grows cold, I know you’re always there, I know you’ll always care–you are my prayer,” and at times “You Saved Me” feels like a hungry obsession. On “You Saved Me” Someya really shows us her ability to be diverse in her writing and her vocals. She takes lyrics that are meant to be happy making them feel daunting and serious.
Keep up with Someya here.

Need to forget about your worries? We’ve got just the song for you. Molly Moore has just released her brand new track, “No Stress”, which appears on her upcoming EP, Third Eye High. The L.A. singer-songwriter has worked as a solo artist, a member of Cosmos & Creature, and has written for the likes of Lea Michele, EXO, and Jesse McCartney. Moore’s new track is just as the title suggests: easygoing, stress-free, and laid back. Splashes of electronica on a pop canvas make for a delightfully fun yet relatable track.
Says Moore: “Self reflection can be hard, especially in a time when everyone wants to filter the best part of their story/image forward, but I try and find power in confronting the less comfortable things. Dealing with human emotions isn’t always easy but I do think that we innately want to help each other. I want my music to leave people with hope amidst the ‘reality’ we are faced with.”
Moore does a fantastic job of appealing to the tension that we all face in daily life, providing a temporary escape with “No Stress”.

I’ve been traveling around the world as a touring musician for most of my adult life. In recent years, I’ve compiled an eclectic list of songs that I occasionally turn to. Whether I’m on a plane, getting ready for a show, or simply hanging in my hotel room, these songs have become my go-to touring tunes. There’s no complex reason behind the song selection other than these specific songs make me feel good. Touring can sometimes be tough on the body and mind. When I’m homesick or feeling tired, good vibes are essential to surviving life on the road.

London based Northern Irish musician Aislinn Logan is back once again with her new single “Spree”, which has a mix of electronic and pop bests with Logan’s emotional vocals. “Spree” focuses on the space within relationships. The song talks about not knowing everything about the one you love even though they are your partner and you are supposed to tell your partner everything. The song really hones in on trying to get inside someone’s space and making them feel comfortable to tell you anything that way you both can endure all your hardships together. The song proves that if you want to accept change, you must begin from the inside.

Brooklyn based artist Andy Cook is bringing the chill vibes of the weekend to the work week for all of his fans to enjoy. Most recently, this artist has released a new single from his forthcoming EP, Modern Man entitled, “Run.” With undertones that resemble that of Jack Johnson and John Meyer, Andy Cook has the unique ability to produce music that allows listeners to escape to the world that he paints with his creative lyricism and dreamy soundscapes. Repetitious rhythms and drum patters lull listeners into a trance that becomes a safe place away from a world of high level stress and fast pace requirements. This is a feat that was highly intentional and considered during the production of this new single. In his own words Cook says, “These songs might mean something totally different to listeners than they do to me – but they mean something, and that’s what matters most.”
As an exciting new teaser that is essentially a precursor for his long awaited release of Modern Man, “Run” is a fantastic new addition to this artist’s repertoire. The full EP is scheduled to be released on April 13 and those who are following him on his social media outlets as well as fans all over the world could not be more thrilled.
