“Blue Pigz” Is the latest track to come from rock band King Shelter off of their debut album $hame, a follow up to previous singles “Pick Your Poison” and “Teeth & Claws”. “Blue Pigz” is a combination of sounds from both previous singles, a mixture of alternative and grunge.
“Blue Pigz” is a song about people’s perspective on things and how they feel about certain situations. While the song does not identify one particular issue, the song does state issues going on and people and their pride. The song goes in about people’s values and why they should value other things that are not materialistic. “Blue Pigz” shows how people should focus on more important things in life. The song gives a look onto the darker side of society and why we admire the things we do.
Vancouver Sleep Clinic recently released a new video for their track titled “Ayahuasca”, a song whose bass and vocals give off a glowing sound that creates a wonderful masterpiece. “Ayahuasca” is a peaceful song. Listening to the song, it is as if it is a poem in musical form, during which you can close your eyes and daydream.

Though Mr. Hudson’s “Coldplay” premiered back in December, he’s back again with the premiere of the video featuring Vic Mensa. “Coldplay” is a song about the moment you are going to give up on someone but you change your mind and you don’t.The purpose of the song is to keep working with the person even though walking away is simple.
The video depicts Mr. Hudson at a bar serving up drinks to Vic Mensa who is drinking to numb the pain of whether he wants to walk away or not.The video displays the emotions from the song perfectly. Based off of the way Mr. Hudson and Vic Mensa move, you can really capture what the song is suppose to be about.

Middle Eastern born singer Ruchir takes the R&B route with his new track “Heartbreaker”, a song that you can dance to and enjoy the lyrical content at the same time. A song about a heartbreaker, Ruchir sings about someone leaving him high and dry. “Heartbreaker” has some Blackbear vibes to it with Ruchir’s twist. The alleged villain breaks the singer’s heart on the dance floor and leaves him in pieces. A little bit of Spanish towards the end of the song adds some fun flavor to the mix.
The song is not only great, but it is a piece that really shows what Ruchir is about as an artist.
American rock band from New York, Sunflower Bean – consisting ofJacob Faber on drums, Julia Cumming on bass and lead vocals, and Nick Kivlen on lead guitar and vocals – is back with the follow up from their last album Human Ceremony titled TwentyTwo in Blue. The new album has eleven songs in total and is arriving March 23rd. The sound has a softer, sweeter, and more rich tone to it, honing in on topics people can relate to.
Singer Julia Cumming lends her vocals to the track “TwentyTwo”, which addresses about society’s expectation of women and what they are supposed to be in the world. Another single from the album is titled “I Was a Fool”. The song is about love that will make you happy, yet sad at the same time. The song is about the dizziness of love and how confused it makes you feel. “I Was a Fool” makes you feel all the emotions of love at once.
“Crisis Fest” humbles us, discussing men in uniform and a feeling of utter hopelessness in tense and uncertain times. Lines about storming the kingdom are highly relatable to modern militant rules, though might be super relatable in the every day, a sad but lesson-inspiring truth.

Rayvin Moon – a musician who creates a mixture of dark alternative pop – debuts with the release of her track “Tyler Durden”.This song sounds like it could be from the soundtrack of a movie. It pulls from a lot of dark influences, electrifying and mysterious. “Tyler Durden” was written about Rayvin Moon’s personal experience with someone who helped her come back to life after many trials and tribulations. The song talks about wanting to heal and be perfect for Tyler so he can accept her.
“Tyler Durden” is an amazing song about love helping you come back together. The song is not only great, but helps establish Rayvin Moon as an artist.
Barrence Whitfield & The Savages get it right with their new album Soul Flowers of Titan. The album consists of twelve songs that leave no disappointment, each song filled with soul that makes you want to get up and move. With sounds that make you feel as though it was made back in the 70s or 80s, the album has a unique and fun feel to it. The album is filled with a rock and soul mixture that sounds straight out of an 80s movie.
“Slowly Losing My Mind” is the first song from the album. The song starts off with an upbeat tempo that is a great song to begin an album with. The song is a mixture of rock and blues which makes it a great opening track for the album. “Let’s Go to Mars” is another unique song that shows proof that you can do anything you set your mind to.
“I’m Gonna Leave You” is a track that talks about a woman doing you wrong. The protagonist leaves the woman due to her infidelity. The last song on the album is “Don’t Say Goodbye” which is a great way to end the album.
Barrence Whitfield & The Savages maintain their signature sound from years previous, proving that you can disappear for a length of time and still make great music. Soul Flowers of Titan is one of the greatest rock soul albums of this decade.

UK based musician Superheart recently released his follow-up to “Count On Me”, the surprising bit of necessity titled “After Midnight”. A song you would listen to outside in the cool summer breeze late at night or during a late night drive. The song has this “cool” tropical sound to it with a guitar sound to add to his vocals.
